Our Team

Our team consist a group of individuals who bring to the table a wide varying list of talents that enable us to address the technological needs of our customers.


Joe Jurich – President & CEO

Joe has over thirty years of retail grocery experience. Since bagging his first can of beans at a Jewel Food Store in Chicago, Joe spent several years at retail before joining Jewel’s Electronic Store System’s department as a programmer. Since then, he has held several management and senior management positions in the areas of information technology, market research, production, warehousing and transportation. He has a strong background in supply chain management and understands the critical role point-of-sale systems play in the process of buying, distributing, and selling product. In addition, he is well versed in project management and has taught courses in process improvement at Gonzaga University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Operations Management and a M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.


Dwayne Shaw – Product Manager

Dwayne joined the team in September of 1997. Dwayne has been responsible for many aspects of the products and services provided by RORC and is currently the development system architect and production support manager. Prior to coming to RORC in the mid-90s, he worked as a contract programmer working on systems at Alltel Mortgage developing mortgage banking systems, Carnival Cruise Lines developing reservation systems, Decision Support Systems developing statistical analysis systems, and Baldcor Communications long distance processing systems, just to name a few. He received his manufacturing degree from the University of Texas where he specialized in event-driven computer simulations of manufacturing systems.


April Klimovitz – Production Support Supervisor

April joined the RORC team in April of 2007. Having been a scanning coordinator at Gerrity’s Markets in Scranton, PA, and a POS installation coordinator for Associated Wholesale in York, PA, allowed April to easily complement the RORC team as well as provide an immediate contribution. April and her husband Frank have recently relocated to the DFW area and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.


Joseph VanSickle – Senior Analyst

Joe joined the RORC team in September of 1990. Previous to his employment at RORC he was a mainframe COBOL/CICS programmer for Affiliated Foods of Keller Texas, Searle Medical Products and McDonnell Douglas Automation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from American Technological University, Killeen Texas. Joe has three adult sons: Jordan, Jamey, and Jake. Joe is an avid race fan.


Eric Holliday – Senior Analyst

Eric joined the RORC team in November of 1998. He has held several roles at RORC including Staging and Integration, Quality Assurance and most recently a Software developer. Eric provides critical support for viPOS and is currently a key member on the Storewin 5.0 team.


Justin Malloy – Developer

Justin joined RORC in March of 2007. He graduated from the University of Texas – Arlington with a B.S. in Computer Science. Justin is well versed in several development languages and has excellent analytical skills.


Scott Fiedler – Developer

Scott joined the RORC team in June of 2007. He has 30 years retail experience in the Pacific Northwest, and has been involved in developing retail applications since 1990. Before joining RORC Scott was a programmer/analyst with URM Stores Inc. He holds an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Technology from Spokane Community College. Scott and his wife Athena have relocated to Fort Worth and look forward to riding motorcycles year round.


Michael Montes – Quality Assurance Specialist

Michael joined RORC in October 1999. Prior to RORC, he worked in the retail grocery industry as a sacker, delivery driver, cashier, and scan coordinator with such companies as Randall’s and HEB. Michael obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Programming from McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas in the spring of 1999. While at RORC, Michael has full-filled positions of software specialist, support technician and most recently quality assurance analyst. Outside of work, Michael enjoys exercise, reading fiction, and cooking.
