Joe Jurich - President and CEO
Joe has over thirty years of retail grocery experience. Since bagging his first
can of beans at a Jewel Food Store in Chicago, Joe spent several years at
retail before joining Jewel’s Electronic Store System’s department as a
programmer. Since then, he has held several management and senior management
positions in the areas of information technology, market research, production,
warehousing and transportation. He has a strong background in supply chain
management and understands the critical role point-of-sale systems play in the
process of buying, distributing, and selling product. In addition, he is well
versed in project management and has taught courses in process improvement at
Gonzaga University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Operations Management
and a M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.
Jonathan Boldt - Development Supervisor
Jonathan joined RORC in August of 2008. Prior to joining the team he was a
programmer/analyst for Transamerica Life Insurance Company. Jonathan graduated from
the University of Texas in Arlington with a B.S. in Information Systems.
His interests are computers, chess, reading and spending time with his wife and two beautiful
daughters.
Cole Garrett - Customer Support Supervisor
Cole joined the RORC team in December of 2009.
Prior to his employment at RORC, he worked in several retail environments,
most recently in the Coffee Ambassador role for Starbucks Coffee Company.
Cole graduated from the University of North Texas in the summer of 2009
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in
Marketing and sub-specializing in Spanish.
His interests include reading, blogging, playing piano, guitar, and spending time with his
wife and children.
Belinda Isham - Technical Documentation
Belinda joined RORC in January 2011. Her experience in technical information includes hardware, software, policy and process, and training information for a variety of industries. Belinda studied mechanical engineering at the University of Massachusetts. Her interests include volunteering and reading.
Stacy Ward - Executive Assistant
Stacy joined our team in January of 2011. She has many years (too many to count) of office experience and has handled all aspects of an office from Accounts Payable to Accounts Receivable to Payroll. Stacy is originally from Minnesota, but considers herself a Texan now. She married a native Texan and they have raised two daughters. In her spare time, Stacy likes to cook, sew and shop.
Robert Danhof
Robert joined RORC in August of 2011. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computing from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He earned his Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at Texas Tech University. In his spare time, Robert enjoys gaming, reading, and eating. He lives with his wife and their two cats.
Eric Holliday
Eric joined the RORC team in November of 1998. He started out as a system stager
and had several other roles over the years, including quality assurance and
customer support. He has since become one of our
senior developers on staff. In his free time, Eric enjoys riding his
motorcycle and working on his Cameros.
Michael Montes
Michael joined RORC in October 1999. Prior to RORC, he worked in the retail
grocery industry as a sacker, delivery driver, cashier, and scan coordinator
with such companies as Randall’s and HEB. Michael obtained an Associates of
Applied Science in Programming from McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas
in the spring of 1999. While at RORC, Michael has fulfilled several positions at
RORC, but has become one of our senior support technicians. Outside of work, Michael enjoys exercise, reading fiction, and
cooking.
Mike Sweeney
Mike started with RORC in July 2011. When he started in Retail Technology, the 2400 baud Bell 201C modem, IBM's BTAM mainframe software, dial up connections, config.sys files and DIP switches were the state of the art.
Scanning groceries and host support were widely considered to be passing fads.
Yes, that long ago.

Mike spent most of his time working for Datachecker and then Fleming Foods and obtained a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from the University of North Texas in 2004.
Daniel Vaca
Daniel is originally from Quito, Ecuador. He graduated from High School in Austin and then joined the US Navy. After 4 years in the Navy working as an electrician, he went back to Austin and graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Electrical Engineering. During his Engineering experience, he really enjoyed team-oriented programming projects and decided to become a developer. In his spare time Daniel likes to run while listening to modern music, read non-fiction books and blogs, and cook healthy foods.
Vincent Wood
Vincent joined the RORC team in December of 2011. He is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He previously worked as a software developer in the Telecommunication industry and later in the Avionics industry. When he finds time to do so, Vincent enjoys computers, reading, geocaching and spending time with his wife and golden retriever.
