viPOS 5 Highlights

We have been proud to release this version of viPOS because it introduces some really innovative features. The self-checkout integration with NCR's Fastlane would have been enough, but we add many other, although smaller in comparison, very important features for the retailer.

With version 5.1 we have added support for the MTX WinEPS payment gateway and the OpenEPS component. This provides an alternative to the existing support of Concord’s EFT Manager and Payments2000 products and Ingenico’s EnConcert Store. Support for Texas Smart WIC was also added with this release.

Version 5.2 added support for Flexible Spending Accounts and enhanced Smart WIC to support both Texas and Wyoming. It is also PCI compliant through the removal, and non-storage of payment card data.
